Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. For delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.
Dispatch
Orders are packed in Basingstoke. We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Busy periods may take a little longer; we will email you if there is an unexpected delay.
Postage
- Free UK delivery on orders of £30 and over
- £3.95 standard UK delivery on smaller orders
- Free collection from Vanbrugh Gardens, Basingstoke RG22 4UQ (select at checkout)
Postage shown at checkout is the price that applies to your basket when you pay.
How we send orders
We use Royal Mail or another tracked UK courier suitable for the size of your parcel. You will receive dispatch confirmation by email when your order is on its way.
Delivery times
After dispatch, most UK parcels arrive within a few working days. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control.
